I come from...Brooklyn's own Marcy Projects, singing since I was in the church choir as a kid. I was more into the musical talents of Michael Jackson and New Edition, and as time changed so did my musical interest in artist. The sounds of Bobby Brown, Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds and Usher helped me develop my own R&B singing style, and as time went by I developed a skill for turning my poetry into songs.
Gaining my confidence from my peers and School Talent Shows, I competed in local Talent Shows all throughout NYC winning 1st place. One of the biggest was the "ALL Stars Talent Show", By now, I was a solo artist who matured from my experiences with formed singing groups along the way...such as "Voices of Nature" and "Debonair". MoTown Records was ready for me, but things didn't work out there..couple years later I was part of a duo called "Envy" and the doors to Sony Records opened. Although things didn't work out there either...I pushed forward. Destiny joined me producers to Billy Gailyard, Andre Jones and Eric Shervington...partners and brothers who are multi-talented, they guided me and helped me along my journey. I am my music, this is me every day...Welcome to my World!
